It is a requirement that all attendees use the Whova app as this is required for booking sessions and is integral to the running of the conference.

On the app, you will be able to control if other delegates and exhibitors can view you on the attendee list. You can control who you want to share data with and when.

The Whova app is compatible with all android and apple devices from 2015 onwards. It is also possible to use a web browser if required.

If you opt to pay offline (by invoice), the fee will automatically increase by 5% (4% is applied to online card payments) per attendee to cover administration and processing fees.

The option to pay by 'Offline Payment' will only be available until 29th August 2025
All 'Offline Payments' must be made by 5th September 2025
