This information will be used for our attendee information and the name badges provided at the conference and your attendance certificate - therefore please ensure correct spelling
It is a requirement that all attendees use the Whova app as this is required for booking sessions and is integral to the running of the conference.
On the app, you will be able to control if other delegates and exhibitors can view you on the attendee list. You can control who you want to share data with and when.

The Whova app is compatible with all android and apple devices from 2015 onwards. It is also possible to use a web browser if required.
If you opt to pay offline (Invoice / BACS), this fee will be reduced automatically to £2 per attendee to cover administration costs. Alternatively, if you choose to pay by credit/debit card, this fee will be charged to cover card processing fees.
Payment by Invoice / BACS will only be available until 30th August 2024
All offline payments must be made by 8th September 2024
